It may be difficult for me to judge, because while watching a movie, I basically agree with the submission of the director, finding in certain moments of shared vision. But I think that the whole statement and any other convincing the viewer, who may look slightly different on film. After receiving such a symbol, in the course of the film, director discloses such an idea: there are no heroes. The hero is just an image. Clearly seen in the flags. The war for the soldier, the struggle for life, for their country, their friends ... and there are only those who win and those who are lost, those who died and those who survived. And despite the hatred, hostility, propaganda aimed to merge the people on both sides, they are all people and all of them have their own lives, own history, they are slightly different from each other, especially in war. The great tragedy is that all this simply should not be. The fact that it all wrong.
