The film "Summer rain" (El Camino de los ingleses) occurs in a small Spanish town of Malaga in the 70th years of XX century. 18 year old boys, Miguelito and his two friends spend a carefree summer days. However, after undergoing surgery to kidney remove, Miguelito discovers his capacity for poetry. He has a girlfriend, who also dreams of the sublime and beautiful, she wants to become a famous ballerina. They are young and happy and everything for them is waiting in the nearest future, the most important thing for them - always be together. But it is not so simple in this cruel world, and sometimes it’s not enough only to wish in order to reach your dreams. And soon the girl realizes that being close to the visionary poet, her dream will never come true. Yes, there is a lot of sex in the film. But how delicious it is shown here! Yes there is blood in the film, infidelity, alcohol, frustration, pain, and death. But looking at them, you involuntarily look back - they are with us. This story is not about one guy, a couple of his friends and girlfriends. In this film, every character is living a separate life and it's so amazing.
