HOW TO APPLY THE MODS (Modifications):

1. Select the "Mods" folder in this .rar file and drag & drop the whole folder to exactly:
(My) Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 and drop the folder there.
2. Now, start the game, open the buy-mode and have fun using the new items!

HOW TO APPLY THE (Official) CONTENT PACKAGE(S):

1. Open the "Content packages" folder in this .rar file.
2. Just double-click on the package(s) you like.
3. Your The Sims 3 launcher should automatically open now.
4. On the launcher, navigate to the "Downloads" -tab, which should now have an "!" icon next to it.
5. Your package should be there. Check the box in front of it and choose "Install".
6. You might get an error about "an unofficial game modification". Just choose "Continue" and start
the game...
