This little trouble turns into far more serious problems - it turns out, the hospital took the unknown creatures of the underworld, horrific monsters for whom, the human life is worth nothing. Many hospital patients have already become their victims, as demons spare no one. And just a little girl, Sarah, the heroine of the film "Dark Floors", as it turns out, can save the accidents...
