If you cannot play this release on a hardware player, make sure you have the latest firmware (especially PS3).
If you're using the Xbox 360, connect to Xbox LIVE (Silver or Gold, doesn't matter) while trying to play, it
may update a component.

If you cannot play this release on a PC, try VLC Media Player. It's a great media player that does not need codecs.

If the video stutters, your PC may not be fast enough. Uninstall all codecs and codec packs, then install the CCCP.
Play with Media Player Classic Homecinema.

If the video still stutters, look on torrents for CoreAVC. It's a fast AVC decoder, and your best bet for slow PCs.
The DivX AVC decoder will most likely be part of DivX 7 when it's out, and looks to be even faster.
